WHAT IS THE PROFIT BREAKDOWN AND HOW MUCH OF MY PURCHASE IS BEING DONATED TO THE CROWDSTRIKE FOUNDATION?

All profits from the CrowdStrike SWAG Shop will be donated to the CrowdStrike Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit which funds scholarships and research, provides pro bono security software protection, and supports communities across the globe.

Like all businesses, the Swag Store has normal business expenses.  So when we say “All profits,” we mean all revenues generated by the CrowdStrike SWAG Shop with a deduction for such normal business expenses, specifically the cost of goods sold, expenses paid to our payment processor, and expenses paid to our swag vendor.

What types of payment does the CrowdStrike SWAG Shop accept?

The CrowdStrike SWAG Shop accepts all major credit cards in the US.

If I am a CrowdStrike employee can I expense my purchase?

No. Anything purchased in the CrowdStrike SWAG Shop is at your own personal expense.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

Anything purchased in the CrowdStrike SWAG Shop is at your own personal expense, including shipping. We will occasionally have promotional runs that include discounts on merchandise and shipping. Please note that shipping is based on standard FedEx Ground and FedEx Express Saver rates.

How do I return or exchange a product?

You may return or exchange your unused and unwashed product for a full refund within 30 days. Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return (although you may see it sooner). To generate a return, please send an email with your order number to support@crowdstrikeswag.org. A CrowdStrike SWAG Shop representative will give you further instructions on how to return the merchandise. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How soon will my order be processed and how will I know when it has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please allow more time during the holiday season.

How can I track my order?

When your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information from the appropriate carrier.

There is a problem with my shipment/my order never arrived – what should I do?

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact customer service at support@crowdstrikeswag.org.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact CrowdStrike SWAG Shop Customer Service at support@crowdstrikeswag.org before 1PM P.S.T. on the business day your order is scheduled to be shipped.

Can I purchase items if I am located outside of the US?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and cannot process payments outside of the US. We are currently working on the functionality and certifications required to have all items available for purchase around the world.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped, please contact us at support@crowdstrikeswag.org. Please reference your order number in your email.

When will I be charged for my pre-ordered items?

You will be charged at the time you place the pre-order. You will be notified via email once your items have shipped. If you ordered more than one pre-order item, you may receive your items in separate shipments.

How do I cancel my pre-order?

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so by filling out the contact us form. Please be sure to include your order number. Once you have canceled your order the swag shop team will issue a refund back to the card used to purchase the items.  

Am I able to use a Coupon code for pre-order items?

Yes, you are able to use a coupon code for pre-order items. Make sure to input the code when you get to the checkout screen.
